Teacher Accountability:

Teachers are first accountable to their students. You have to ask yourself “Are you making positive connections with all your students?” Students should leave feeling the class was an overall positive experience and have gained knowledge that they can take with them outside of the classroom.  “Does the teacher inspire learning, or just deliver facts?” How much a teacher knows about their subject is really secondary; what’s important is can a teacher connect with the kids and inspire them to learn what they have to teach.  Remember, we don’t teach classrooms, we teach people.
